T-shirt - This is not activism, it's mental hygiene
Reliable delivery
✊🏼 This is not activism. It's mental hygiene. ✊🏼
Sometimes, staying silent and acting as if everything is fine is presented as a form of wisdom.
But in a world that can be unjust, violent, or absurd, ignoring what is happening is not mental health — it is dissociation.
This t-shirt was born from this simple idea: feeling anger in the face of injustice is normal.
Standing up, speaking out, taking to the streets, or defending what matters… that is not an excess. It is often simply a way to stay human.
The photo of the protest reminds us of something essential: the rights we take for granted today exist because people before us refused to stay silent.
If they hadn't raised their voices, many of the freedoms we have today would not exist.
So this design is a reminder:
sometimes, taking a stand is not activism.
It’s just taking care of your conscience.
