📦 Where are your products made?
Our creations are printed on demand by our local partners, depending on your region:
The notebooks are printed by our partner Lulu, which collaborates with a network of local printers around the world. This reduces lead times, costs, and environmental impact.
Europe and Switzerland : manufacturing via Printify Europe (mainly in Spain, Latvia, or Eastern Europe).
United States (and Canada) : Printify USA.
Rest of the world : you can select products based on the nearest supplier to optimize lead times and reduce your carbon footprint (suppliers indicated on the product pages).
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver to most countries around the world.
🗺️ To limit the ecological impact and avoid high customs fees, our products are printed and shipped from different countries depending on your location (Europe, United States, Canada, etc.).
📒 For example, notebooks are often printed in France or Spain for European orders.

📫 Why am I receiving my items separately?
Good question! Since the notebooks and goodies are printed by different partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages .
Don't worry: everything is on its way.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order securely by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or via Twint.
⏱️ What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your country and product type:
- Europe : 5 to 10 working days on average
- Switzerland (textiles & goodies) : 3 to 7 working days
- United States : (textiles & goodies): 3 to 7 business days
- Notebooks : 7 to 15 days (printing + delivery)
You will receive a package tracking as soon as your order is shipped.
🔄 Can I return an item or get a refund?
Each product is printed on demand especially for you. For this reason, returns are not possible except in cases of defects or errors.

❓Is the watermark (“© theGNDshop”) printed on the product?
🖼 No. Watermarks are only visible on the presentation images on our site to protect our creations . They do not appear on printed products.
