This design was born from my own journey with hEDS (hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome).
For a long time, my body felt fragile, like overcooked pasta—mushy and doughy... But thanks to appropriate care and my badass physio, I discovered that even a "too elastic" body can become strong, stable, and resilient.

It carries a message of hope. Yes, we can get through crises. Yes, there are days when it’s hard (very hard), when you just want to give up. But with patience and gentle, kind work, we can help our body strengthen itself instead of exhausting itself trying to hold everything together.
