T-shirt - This isn't activism, it's mental hygiene

✊🏼 This isn't activism. It's mental hygiene. ✊🏼
Sometimes, staying silent and pretending everything is fine is presented as a form of wisdom.
But in a world that can be unjust, violent, or absurd, ignoring what is happening isn't mental health — it’s dissociation.
This t-shirt was born from this simple idea: feeling anger in the face of injustice is normal.
Standing up, speaking out, taking to the streets, or defending what matters… it isn't an excess. It is often simply a way to remain human.
The protest photo serves as a reminder of something essential: the rights we take for granted today exist because people before us refused to stay silent.
If they hadn't raised their voices, many of the freedoms we have today would not exist.
This design is therefore a reminder:
sometimes, taking a stand isn't activism.
It's just taking care of your conscience.
